Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Partner

We currently ship all orders through Delhivery, one of India's largest courier networks, covering the majority of pin codes across the country.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 5–6 business days
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, regional disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's status in real time.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and make payment at the time of delivery.

6. Serviceability

While we aim to deliver across India, delivery may not be available for certain remote pin codes depending on courier serviceability. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation.

7. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required.

8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In case of delivery delays beyond the estimated window, please contact us at impliesatelier@gmail.com with your order number, and we will help track and resolve the issue with our courier partner.
