Refund policy

At Implies Atelier, we take great care in crafting and quality-checking every product before it is shipped to you. However, we understand that occasional issues with sizing or design may arise, and we have outlined the process below to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • The item received has a different design than what was ordered
  • The item received does not match the size that was ordered

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to product quality, as every item undergoes thorough quality checks prior to dispatch.

2. Return Window

Customers must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving their order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at impliesatelier@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Reason for return (incorrect design or sizing issue)
  • Clear photographs of the received product, clearly showing the issue

Return requests will first be reviewed based on the photographs submitted. Only once the issue is verified and the return is approved will the physical return process begin.

4. Return Shipping

Once a return request is approved, Implies Atelier will arrange and bear the cost of return shipping for the product.

5. Inspection Process

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that the physical product matches the issue reported in the photographs. Refunds will only be processed if the inspection confirms a genuine case of incorrect design or sizing error.

6. Refunds

As we currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to the customer's provided account details, once the inspection is complete.

7. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact to be eligible for return.
  • Returns that do not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
